Job summary

BKF is seeking a Real Estate & Facilities Manager to oversee 25+ office locations, coordinate moves, and manage vendor relationships. This role requires strong organization and financial acumen to track budgets and expenses across multiple sites.

You will partner with IT, HR, Finance, and Administration to drive strategic real estate initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of facilities/real estate management experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, business administration, real estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of facilities/real estate management experience, preferably multi-location.
• Experience supporting office moves, lease coordination, and vendor management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Financial acumen with experience reviewing invoices and managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with facilities management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Frequent travel to various BKF locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations for 25+ office locations.
• Serve as primary contact for facility requests (maintenance, repairs, space, furniture).
• Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Develop and standardize facility procedures and best practices across offices.
• Source and manage third-party vendors (janitorial, security, contractors).
• Negotiate contracts, scopes of work, and SLAs.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Review and approve facility-related invoices for accuracy and budget alignment.
• Track and manage operating expenses across multiple offices.
• Assist in developing and maintaining annual facilities budgets.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure facilities compliance with safety policies; support safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with AVP and internal teams; provide regular reporting on facilities performance, projects, and costs.
