Job summary

MetroPlains Management is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Maintenance team member. This role collaborates with management and handles day-to-day maintenance of the physical plant and grounds of residential and commercial properties, under the VP of Maintenance.

The candidate should have an associate degree or equivalent with 3–4 years of related experience, plus HVAC, EPA Universal, Boilers License, or Pool Certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education with 3–4 years related experience preferred.
• HVAC, EPA Universal, Boilers License and/or Pool Certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to relate to a diverse group.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; occasional heavier lifting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance on the properties’ physical plant and grounds.
• Repair tasks across heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and related areas.
• Provide training and support for other maintenance technicians as needed.
• Ensure work is professional, safe, and aligned with MetroPlains procedures.
