Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sioux Empire seeks a Facilities and Operations Manager to lead facilities, maintenance, and kitchen operations across locations. You will ensure safety, compliance, and well‑maintained environments for members and staff.

Responsibilities include supervising facilities and kitchen staff, managing preventive maintenance, coordinating contractors, supporting budgets, and enforcing health, safety, ADA, and food‑service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-direction experience.
• Experience in facilities management, maintenance or related field (5+ years preferred, 2+ required).
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and 4+ years driving experience.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to ensure efficient facilities & kitchen operations.
• Supervise facilities and kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and licensing regulations at all sites.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules and safety inspections.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for maintenance and facility projects; track timelines and budgets.
