Job summary

Bozzuto seeks a Multi-Site Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams and ensure high-quality service for residents. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, oversee make-ready processes, and drive preventative maintenance to protect building value.

The role requires 5+ years in trades or building maintenance, strong leadership, and certifications in HVAC/EPA/NAPE, with on-call weekend rotation and safety compliance as key duties.

Qualifications

5+ years in trades, facilities or residential building maintenance.
HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification required.
Strong leadership and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto values.
Address resident service tickets with timely follow-up.
Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues.
Manage make-ready and turnover to leased apartments.
Maintain building value via preventative maintenance.
Ensure safety codes compliance and accident-free operations.
Participate in weekend shifts and on-call rotation.
