Job summary

Drucker & Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Sunbury Commons maintenance team. You will oversee upkeep of the community, supervise staff, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and SDS standards.

The role includes coordinating on-call schedules, approving vendor work, and maintaining preventive maintenance records. Ideal candidates bring HVAC expertise, relevant certifications, and a track record of supervising 0–8 technicians while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC knowledge and certifications preferred.
• Experience with building systems and safety standards is expected.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks.
• Hire/terminate staff following policy and under supervision.
• Manage maintenance schedules and emergency on-call duties.
• Oversee safety training and monthly safety meetings.
• Schedule contractors and obtain bids for maintenance projects.
• Maintain records and reports for O&M programs and inventories.
