Responsibilities

• Administrative Operations: Develop, implement, and improve administrative processes and systems for U.S. headquarters, customer support center, and remote sales offices.
• Facilities & Workplace Management: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with building management, external vendors, and service providers across all nine North America locations.
• Employee Experience: Create a positive and engaging workplace environment that enhances employee productivity.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and emergency preparedness plans. Manage incident reporting and resolution related to facilities or administration.
