Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience with facility management, purchasing, invoicing, and vendor coordination.

• Provide front desk and visitor support for the Atlanta office.
• Manage purchasing and invoicing for assigned locations.
• Oversee facility and office operations for multiple locations.
• Manage company vehicle maintenance, registrations, and related services.
• Coordinate business gift requests and inventory.
