JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead large multi-site programs for National Accounts, coordinating with other PMs and Project Coordinators. The PM will work with an entrepreneurial mindset, manage key metrics, and ensure real-time visibility of progress in Smartsheet for clients.

Required: 3+ years of project management experience; PMP preferred; basic fuel system knowledge; willingness to travel out of state as needed.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of project management experience supporting enterprise-wide programs.
• Basic knowledge of fuel system assessment, repair, and maintenance.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with multi-site rollout programs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare comprehensive Program Plans including objectives, methodologies, strategies, construction sequencing, and milestones.
• Define Project Scope, Goals, and Deliverables across multi-site programs.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and financial tracking for construction activities.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, accounting for material lead times and vendor coordination.
• Maintain current project statuses to provide transparency to clients.
• Coordinate and manage multiple vendors and trades to achieve program goals.
• Lead and direct project teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project closeout with vendors and brands, including punch lists and inspections.
