Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking a Project Manager to join our fuels systems team. This role can be performed remotely, ideally from one of the listed states in the United States.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of fueling facilities experience, mentor staff, and interface with clients while supporting proposal development. Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project is expected; PE or PMP is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of fueling facilities.
• May involve supervisory responsibilities; the individual will mentor subordinate staff if required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and other relevant software.
• Ability to work well within a team, maintain a positive attitude, multitask, and self‑motivate to produce high‑quality work.
• Strong desire and ability to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead multidisciplinary projects, interfacing with clients.
• Support proposal development activities.
