Job summary

The JF Petroleum Group in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large multisite programs for National Accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving value for clients. You will define scope, manage budgets, and monitor milestones while ensuring on-time delivery and real-time client visibility using tools like Smartsheet and Excel.

Travel may be required. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of enterprise PM experience, preferably PMP, and a proven ability to navigate

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Project Manager in enterprise-wide programs.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with multi-site rollout projects preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Outlook; Smartsheet preferred.
• Willingness to travel to other states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Program Plan including objectives, methodologies, strategy, and milestones.
• Defines Project Scope, Goals, and Deliverables across the program.
• Prepares and manages Project Budgets for each project in the program.
• Plans and Schedules Project and Program Timelines.
• Maintains current statuses to provide visibility to the client.
• Coordinates multiple vendors across trades to achieve program goals.
• Leads and Directs Project Team and reports progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinates project closeout and necessary documentation.
