Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sites. You will report to the Project Director several times a week and coordinate starts, schedules, and payments with customers, subs, and insurers.

Responsibilities include high-risk project oversight, interfacing with clients and adjusters, managing A/R per terms, and using Salesforce, Xactimate, Salesforce.com and MS Office to track progress, budgets and

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
Experience in both commercial and residential projects preferred; restoration background is a plus.
Must hold OSHA 30-hour construction course; valid driver’s license; respirator capability.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple projects across a multi-location region.
Coordinate starts and schedules with customers, subcontractors and field personnel.
Manage project payment terms and collection of outstanding accounts receivable.
Use Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, and forecast budgets.
