Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects. The Project Manager reports to the Project Director and coordinates with customers, subcontractors and insurance on project starts, schedules and payment terms.

Responsibilities include managing payments/submissions, ensuring safety compliance with OSHA and related regulations, and utilizing Salesforce for project management, reporting, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a multi-location region.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers.
• Manage project payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, input work orders and budgeting.
• Ensure safety compliance (OSHA, EPA) and DOT regulations.
