Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC in Wilmington, Delaware seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects. You will report to the Project Director at least three times weekly and coordinate payment terms and collections with PD.

The role requires strong communication, technical writing, familiarity with Xactimate, Salesforce, MS Office and field coordination with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience preferred.
• Current asbestos, lead, and mold certifications; llCRC AMRT certification.
• OSHA 30 hr construction course and valid State Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manages high risk, high exposure and/or complex projects.
• Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Provides technical explanations to clients, adjusters and consultants.
• Coordinates job starts and schedules appointments with customers.
• Executes Project Director directions on payment terms and collections.
• Obtains permits and inspections and ensures safety compliance.
• Uses Salesforce to manage projects, reports, and forecasting budgets.
