Job summary

ATI Restoration seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. The PM will report to the Project Director at least three times weekly and coordinate with PDs on payments and collections.

The role requires proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate and Salesforce, with insurance restoration experience a plus. Travel may be required; bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in construction.
• Commercial and residential project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
• Report to Project Director at least three times weekly on status and progress.
• Coordinate starts, scheduling and payment terms with customers and subs.
• Manage collections of outstanding accounts receivable per terms.
• Ensure safety, permits, inspections and OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage projects, reports, budgets and forecasts.
