Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Phoenix to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial projects. You will report to the Project Director, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and manage project payment terms and collections.

Proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate, Salesforce.com, and strong structural/building experience is required. OSHA/30 construction certs and asbestos/lead/mold certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Three years of Superintendent experience in construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages high risk, high exposure and/or complex projects.
• Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Provides technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and others.
• Coordinates job starts and appointments with customers.
• Manages project payment terms and collection of outstanding A/R.
• Coordinates after-hours emergency services as needed.
• Ensures compliance with safety, OSHA, EPA and DOT requirements.
• Uses Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, input and manage work orders and forecasting budgets.
