Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Tampa to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects. You will report to the Project Director several times weekly and coordinate with customers, subcontractors and insurance providers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate and Salesforce.com is required, with strong written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
• Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers.
• Manage project payment terms and collection of outstanding A/R with the Project Director.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, input and manage work orders, and forecasting budgets/labor/material.
