BMS CAT is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will interact daily with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurance professionals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing insurance reconstruction, remodel or new construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in different phases.
• Strong understanding of residential systems and finish trade sequencing.
• Experience managing project financials including budgets and change orders.
• Ability to conduct site walks and work in active construction environments.
