Thrive Communities in Vancouver, WA seeks an experienced property manager to oversee financials, leasing, and on-site operations. The role emphasizes budgeting, staff leadership, and resident relations within a busy multifamily portfolio.

The position requires 3+ years in property management, supervisory experience, and strong Excel/CRM skills. Notary eligibility and CAM familiarity are valued. This is an in-person, full-time role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management
• 6+ months supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Yardi/CRM
• Notary License required or able to obtain within 3 months
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English clearly

Responsabilités

• Financial oversight of budgets and rent collection, timely invoicing and month-end reports
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate on-site staff; coordinate with HR
• Maintain lease files, audits, reporting and compliance with MFTE, Section 8 or other programs
• Own resident relations, community engagement and timely service requests
• Oversee maintenance coordination, vendor relations and safety compliance
• Market and lease properties, respond to inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain safety, risk management processes and incident reporting
• Perform general management duties and ensure adherence to company policies
