Mass General Brigham is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to oversee MA staff and champion efficient clinical operations at the assigned site. The role acts as a liaison among site staff, the Practice Manager, and physicians to drive quality patient care.

You will lead onboarding, supervise workflow, and coordinate patient intake while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and HIPAA requirements. Onsite work with a 40-hour week is expected.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership and clinical oversight experience in a medical office setting.
• Proven ability to mentor and supervise MA staff.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and medical office software; HIPAA knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the MA team, including training, mentoring, and performance guidance.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure workload balance.
• Foster a collaborative environment; promote teamwork and professional growth.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure timely delivery of care.
• Assist with patient intake: history, vitals, prep for exams.
• Participate in MA interviews and serve as a preceptor for new hires; schedule coverage.
• Assist with competency assessment and performance evaluations.
