Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR certification (AHA/ARC/ASHI/NSC) required or preferred.
• Ability to participate in on-call assignments and manage multiple sites if required.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
• Team Leadership: recruit, train, and evaluate staff; manage scheduling.
• Financial Oversight: manage clinic expenses, revenue, and budgets; monitor coding and reimbursement.
• Patient Experience: address patient concerns with excellent service; drive patient volume with Sales & Marketing.
• Clinical Support: maintain a safe environment; provide backup for front/back-office as needed.
• Growth: attend regional meetings and pursue professional development.
