MainStreet Family Care in the Greenville area is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee five urgent care clinics, ensuring smooth operations, policy compliance, and an outstanding patient experience across the network. You will lead clinic staff, coordinate shifts, monitor staffing needs, and manage inventory and hiring while traveling between clinics to build culture, accountability, and presence.

This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills and a willingness to respond quickly

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare leadership or multi-site management experience.
• Experience leading clinical staff (MAs, NPs, PAs) and scheduling.
• Willingness to travel between Greenville, Tarboro, Goldsboro, Elizabeth City, and Mount Olive.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies across 5 clinics.
• Lead clinic staff (MAs, NPs, PAs), coordinate schedules, and monitor staffing needs.
• Manage inventory, hiring, coaching, and patient experience.
• Be the on-site leader ensuring clinic success 7 days a week.
• Drive clinic culture, foster accountability, and lead with presence and purpose.
