Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Willing to travel approximately 50%.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Urgent Care sites to ensure quality patient care and operational efficiency.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management of site teams.
• Monitor patient flow, wait times, and patient satisfaction; drive improvements.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and coverage to maintain clinic operations.
• Collaborate with Providers and leadership to achieve goals and ensure safety.
