Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Building Engineer to operate, monitor, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple sites in the Boston and greater Massachusetts area. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and tenant satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in building maintenance, knowledge of BAS and fire safety, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in building systems preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance and operations.
• Experience managing or servicing multiple properties preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• HVAC systems, controls, and BAS familiarity.
• Electrical troubleshooting and basic plumbing knowledge.
• Understanding of fire life safety systems and emergency generators.
• Proficiency with work order systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor, and maintain building systems across multiple sites.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and records.
• Travel between properties to address needs and emergencies.
• Coordinate with property management teams for scheduling.
