Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in building systems preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance and operations.
• Experience managing or servicing multiple properties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and BAS across multiple sites.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance; diagnose and repair equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with property management teams and vendors; ensure maintenance standards across portfolio.
