William Warren Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for StorQuest Self Storage in Reno, NV. This role supports Store Managers across multiple sites, ensuring daily operations, revenue management, and exceptional guest service.

Both full-time and part-time schedules may apply, with opportunities to work at multiple locations. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service or sales, is tech-savvy, comfortable handling cash, and available on weekends.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Tech-savvy is a plus.
• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the rental process including converting a sale.
• Take payments and sell merchandise.
• Offer insurance to customers.
• Assist customers with truck rentals at select locations.
• Participate in collecting past-due accounts.
• Provide excellent guest experiences and guidance to customers.
• Maintain store operations and cleanliness; inspect stores daily.
• Perform minor maintenance and custodial duties; clean vacated units.
• Contact vendors for routine maintenance repairs.
• Balance receipts and process bank deposits.
