Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Available on weekends and able to work at multiple sites.
• Strong team player with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive in learning and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental process, take payments, and upsell insurance and merchandise.
• Assist customers during challenging times with a focus on guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inspect facilities, and perform basic upkeep.
• Balance receipts and handle deposits; assist with delinquency and occupancy as needed.
• Support Store Manager and operate across locations when required.
