StorQuest Self Storage is part of The William Warren Group. We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve guests, support the Store Manager, and help run daily operations at multiple sites when needed.

This role pays $19.00–$21.00 per hour with a competitive bonus potential. You’ll handle rental processes, process payments, promote merchandise and insurance, assist with truck rentals where applicable, and ensure clean, secure facilities.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and payments processing.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the rental process including converting sales, taking payments, selling merchandise, and offering insurance.
• Assist customers with truck rentals at select locations.
• Balance receipts, process deposits, and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, secure facility and support store operations across sites.
