Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to support delivery routes when RSRS are unavailable. You will load, transport, and unload garments and products to customers, ensuring timely service and strong customer relationships.

You will also handle route duties, invoices, and safety, contributing to a service-driven, proactive team in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+, with a valid driver’s license and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• DOT physical and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills and independent work ability.
• Prior route sales or delivery experience preferred.
• Comfort with learning new technology and tools.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable.
• Deliver garments and products to customers and collect used items.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.
• Resolve customer requests and problems independently.
• Manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and maintain vehicle safety/appearance.
• Follow traffic laws and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with new account installations and route rerouting as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback to location leadership.
