Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro seeks a Route Coverage Specialist to support delivery routes when regular reps are unavailable. You will learn multiple routes, safely delivering garments and products, managing inventory, and handling invoices while resolving customer requests independently.

You will contribute to excellent customer service, maintain vehicle safety and appearance, and assist with route setup, invoicing, and inventory audits as part of a dynamic team in Texas.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Must meet DOT requirements, including physical exam.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery preferred.
• Tech-savvy and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes.
• Safely deliver and collect garments and products.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and foster strong relationships.
• Resolve customer issues proactively.
• Manage invoicing and inventory audits.
