Coastal Elite Pro in Washington state seeks a Route Coverage Specialist to step in for routes when teammates are unavailable, deliver garments and products, and maintain positive customer relations.

You will learn multiple routes, safely load and unload items, and uphold strong customer interactions while following all safety protocols and company policies. This role offers daily variety, independence, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; military experience acceptable.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and using technology.
• Adaptable, proactive, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes and learn customer specifics.
• Safely load, transport, and unload products with care.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve requests independently.
• Manage invoices, perform inventory checks, and maintain vehicle safety.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Support route operations with installations, rerouting, collections, and upselling.
• Communicate customer feedback and market insights to leadership.
