Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to support delivery operations when RSRs are unavailable. You will learn multiple routes, safely transport garments and products, and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication.

Responsibilities include handling invoices, conducting inventories, adhering to safety protocols, and assisting with route setup and rerouting while collaborating with teammates to meet daily operational needs.

The Route Coverage Specialist provides essential service by covering delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable.

Responsibilities include:

Learning multiple routes to ensure seamless delivery of garments and products, safely transporting items, collecting used goods, and maintaining excellent customer relationships through positive interactions and clear communication.

Key duties:

Managing invoices, conducting inventory audits, following safety protocols, supporting route setup and rerouting efforts, and collaborating with team members to meet operational needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid driver's license with a clean record, DOT compliance, high school diploma or equivalent, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs., strong customer service skills, tech-savviness, and prior delivery or customer service experience is advantageous.
