Horizon Management Services seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee the Woodland Ridge Campus and Layton Preserve, including 227 units. You will lead operations, resident experience, financial performance, compliance, maintenance, and team development across the campus.

You will supervise Property Managers and Maintenance staff, ensure safe, welcoming communities, and drive occupancy, budget performance, and asset quality across multiple properties.

Formación

• 5+ years of property management and leadership experience.
• Budgeting, vendor oversight, and operations experience.
• LIHTC/affordable housing knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct property operations for multiple campuses, supervising managers and maintenance staff.
• Lead team development, set priorities, hold staff accountable, and partner with HR for growth.
• Oversee daily multi-property operations, inspections, maintenance, capital projects, vendors, and service requests.
• Manage resident relations, leasing support, and retention initiatives.
• Develop and monitor budgets, occupancy, collections, expenses, and asset performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing, and safety standards; manage risk and records.
