Job summary

Allegiant-Carter Management is seeking a Senior Property Manager for Springwoods at Lake Ridge, Woodbridge, VA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and resident relations across 400 units, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and ADA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years' experience as a Multifamily Community Manager or related property management experience.
• Proficient knowledge of federal and local fair housing laws.
• Ability to monitor and interpret sub-market pricing.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Driver's License and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations and financial asset performance for the properties.
• Manages resident relations and ensures high level of service.
• Develops monthly Marketing Action Plan to target leasing goals and retention.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws; maintains policy adherence.
• Assists with vendor and service provider selection, negotiating contracts, and ensuring work quality.
• Maintains awareness of market conditions and trends to improve occupancy and renewals.
