Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Complex/Area General Manager to lead Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club and the Courtyard Faro Blanco Resort in Marathon, Florida. This executive will set strategic direction, oversee dual-property operations, and partner with ownership and brand teams to sustain luxury standards.

The role requires a proven track record in multi-property resort leadership, strong financial acumen, and a commitment to inclusive, high-performance cultures within a premium

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including at least 5 years as GM/Area GM or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of luxury resort operations, including Rooms, F&B, Sales, Revenue, and HR.

Responsabilités

• Lead two premier waterfront resorts in the Florida Keys, Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club and Courtyard Faro Blanco Resort.
• Oversee all hotel departments, ensuring luxury service, brand compliance, and high guest satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and asset value while maintaining distinctive resort identities.
• Build strong relationships with ownership, brand partners, and the local community.
