Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Complex/Area Accounting Manager for the Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club and Courtyard Faro Blanco Resort. You will oversee day-to-day accounting across both properties, drive close processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting with strong controls and hospitality know-how.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hospitality accounting, GAAP proficiency, and excels at partnering with department leaders to improve operations while delivering timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years progressive accounting experience within hospitality (Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller/Senior Accountant).
• Hotel/resort accounting experience with multi-department or multi-property exposure.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, internal controls, financial reporting in hospitality.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries.
• Proficiency in accounts payable/receivable, payroll reconciliation, cash controls, bank reconciliations, revenue auditing.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, operating reports, variance analyses, and department performance data.
• Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, audits, tax filings, and compliance.
• Knowledge of hotel operating systems and software; ProfitSword/Acumatica/Hotel Effectiveness preferred.
• Advanced Excel: modeling, reconciliations, pivot tables, data analysis.
• Experience with external auditors, corporate finance, ownership groups, departmental leaders.
• Identify process improvements and implement controls.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high integrity.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for Faro Blanco properties.
• Lead month-end close, accounts payable/receivable, payroll reconciliation, cash management.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and financial compliance across multiple properties.
• Partner with department leaders to support financial controls and operational decisions.
• Assist with budgets, audits, and tax filings; liaise with external auditors.
