Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Complex/Area Director of Food & Beverage for the Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club and Courtyard Faro Blanco Resort. This role provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial performance across multiple F&B outlets, banquets, catering, in-room dining, and pools, reporting to the Complex/Area General Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 7–10 years F&B leadership; 3–5 years in senior director roles.
• Experience in luxury resort environments with multiple F&B outlets.
• Proven revenue growth, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic F&B across Faro Blanco properties.
• Oversee restaurants, bars, lounges, catering, banquets, events.
• Drive revenue, manage labor, control costs, ensure service standards.
