Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Complex/Area Director of Revenue Management for Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club, Curio Collection by Hilton, and Courtyard by Marriott Faro Blanco Resort.

The role leads pricing, inventory, forecasting and revenue optimization, reporting to the Complex/Area GM and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and brand stakeholders to maximize profitability while maintaining brand integrity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• 5–8 years revenue management experience in hospitality.
• Experience with multi-property portfolios or full-service hotels.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic pricing, inventory, forecasting and revenue optimization for multi-property portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and brands to execute strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitive benchmarks, and demand forecasts.
• Drive ADR, RevPAR, occupancy growth while maintaining brand integrity.
