Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Manager for the Courtyard Faro Blanco Resort in Florida. You will lead the front desk, guest services, and night audit to ensure exceptional service and adherence to Marriott brand standards.

This role requires coaching and developing a diverse team, managing scheduling and labor costs, and driving guest satisfaction through proactive problem solving. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field and 3–5 years of progressive hotel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years of hotel operations and front office leadership.
• Experience with Marriott-branded properties is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PMS and guest billing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and guest arrivals.
• Lead, train, and coach front desk staff while controlling labor costs.
• Ensure top-tier guest service and adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B for seamless guest experiences.
