Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies at one of our apartment communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and ensure smooth move-ins while upholding property standards.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and presentation skills, experience in property management or sales, and proficiency with Entrata Yardi or One Site.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service backgrounds preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and process applications.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, qualify leads, and show units.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-ins.
• Maintain property appearance and safety; report issues.
• Support renewal programs and assist with marketing activities.
