Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare move-in packages to ensure a smooth lease experience.

You will also contribute to on-site marketing plans, follow leasing policies, support renewal activities, and respond promptly to resident concerns to maintain high

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify them face-to-face, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, screening, and prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Manage renewals and ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction.
• Support off-site marketing to drive traffic and occupancy using online tools and referrals.
• Monitor market trends and adjust plans to maintain occupancy targets.
