Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for our apartment communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, prepare move-in packages, and coordinate lease signings to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You'll design offsite marketing, analyze market trends, follow property-specific plans, and handle renewals with care while providing outstanding resident service in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• A valid driver’s license and pass background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit checks, and prepare move-in packages with lease signing.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic using internet marketing and referrals.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Support lease renewal process and respond promptly to resident questions.
