Hireology is seeking an energetic Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales and revenue efforts across multiple hotels. You will create and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through targeted outreach and local market insights.

The role requires a proactive leader who can manage several properties, collaborate with the sales director, and represent the hotel at industry events while aligning with budgets and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue through cold calling, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking
• Handle multiple hotels' sales and revenue management responsibilities
• Be technologically adept: create work lists and provide updates to senior management
• Offer proactive ideas to improve sales and bring in more business
• Identify new leads by analyzing local market trends and competitive activity
• Develop and maintain relationships with major group and catering clients to grow market share
• Support the director of sales and marketing in budgeting and setting overall sales goals and strategy
• Represent the hotel professionally at industry trade shows and conferences while adhering to budget and marketing plan
