Job summary

Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead and oversee multiple hotel properties. The role focuses on budgeting, P&L analysis, vendor relations, and driving revenue growth across properties.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hotel general management experience, strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Local candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in hotel general management.
• 1+ years' experience in marketing, outside sales, or business development.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, control the revenue and expense budgets.
• Responsible for monthly inventories, ordering, and receiving goods.
• Analyze P&L and GL statements; submit variance reports.
• Review hourly employee hours with GMs.
• Review and approve transmittals and front office reports.
• Authorize direct bill accounts; monitor AR.
• Maintain relationships with vendors.
• Facilitate lead management and complete sales/marketing objectives weekly.
• Ensure sale leads are managed and won.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts; sustain revenue growth.
• Develop rapport with Convention/Visitors Bureau/Chamber and lead sources.
• Review studio inventory management to maximize revenue.
• Interview and hire GMs.
• Conduct GM performance reviews.
• Review disciplinary procedures; follow progressive discipline.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Ensure staff trained for emergencies.
• Follow cash control procedures.
• Ensure security needs of properties and residents.
• Respond to supervisor; follow-up regularly.
• Ensure proper uniform standards across locations.
