The Neiders Company in Seattle is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead three multifamily communities across the Seattle and Renton areas, driving results and accountability. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial performance, develop onsite teams, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and uphold company standards for service and appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property or community management.
• Experience overseeing multiple communities (multifamily preferred).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with property management and financial software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations.
• Lead onsite teams and ensure performance across three communities.
• Manage rent collections, renewals, delinquencies, and expenses.
• Review financial performance and prepare variance reports.
