Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager to run three Seattle communities with a focus on driving NOI, occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction while ensuring operational consistency.

You will lead on-site teams, report to regional leadership, and implement pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends, with opportunities for bonuses and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications CPM CAM RMP are a plus.
• Experience managing multi-site, 300+ unit properties or mixed-use communities.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis and sales experience; knowledge of fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own properties’ financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends and competitors to maintain occupancies.
• Lead on-site teams and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
