Trinity Property Consultants, LLC in Seattle seeks a seasoned Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee three communities in Ballard and First Hill. You’ll drive occupancy, NOI, renewals, and resident satisfaction while leading on-site teams to deliver a high-quality living experience.

This role rewards a business-minded leader with budgeting, market analysis, and a commitment to compliance and exceptional resident experiences.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing.
• 2 years minimum at a 300+ unit property and/or mixed-use community.
• Previous multi-site experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own properties’ financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends to maintain occupancies.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality and experience.
• Conduct regular property and vacant unit inspections to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Partner with Maintenance and vendors to ensure prompt service resolution.
• Lead on-site teams and foster accountability, empowerment, and growth.
