Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking experienced Account Executives for a full-time, in-office role in Kalamazoo, MI. You will own a book of business, build relationships with local businesses, and drive growth across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, a proven track record of meeting goals, and strong presentation and communication skills. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle use required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
