Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Regional RDC Supervisor to oversee multiple Retail Donation Centers in Glendale, AZ, driving daily operations, budgets, and staff performance. You will lead teams, ensure excellent donor and customer service, and align with company goals.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; a valid driver's license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently; valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations plan to achieve targeted growth for RDCs and manage payroll and operating costs.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers and de-escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Donor Services to meet strategic goals and maintain brand standards.
• Oversee day-to-day RDC operations across multiple sites and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews, and coaching to build high-performing teams.
