Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Leader to drive operations, production and donations at a Frederick, MD area store. You will lead the Production Team, Donation Attendants, and Assistant Store Managers to meet revenue and cost targets while upholding Goodwill brand standards.

The role requires retail management experience, strong customer service, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers’ license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to help drive donations.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers; maintains store cleanliness and branding.
