Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry, preferably in quick service restaurants.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Demonstrated ability in staffing, training and development and operational execution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead diverse teams.
• Experience managing shifts and scheduling during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across assigned locations, ensuring policy compliance.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to improve performance.
• Implement training programs focused on service, food safety, and efficiency.
• Approve restaurant schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering to minimize waste.
